Madhuri Dixit

MadhuriMadhuri Dixit is a well-known Indian actress known for her roles in the movies 'Beta,' 'Saajan,' and 'Hum Aapke Hai Koun'. ..!' Her career in the 1980s and was a hit with her appearance in the film 'Tezaab' where she starred alongside veteran actor Anil Kapoor. Then, she appeared in the film 'Dil' in which she shared the screen with Aamir Khan. She was born to a Mumbai middle-class family and began dancing at an early age. She tried her hand at acting when she was just a teenager but it wasn't easy. Most of her first films failed. Then she found success and she went on to be a leading actress in the Indian film industry. After her marriage ended, she took a break but returned to the entertainment business. She was also an important part in the film 'Gulaab Gang", which was about the challenges faced by women in India. Dixit was nominated for 15 Filmfare Awards. She won eight. The actress was also awarded the Padma Shri award, India's fourth highest civilian honour. Her social work is another a highlight.
